Our BSTD series 3D powder mixer is suitable for mixing dry powdery materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, metal powder and other industries. This machine quickly mixes raw materials of different crystal sizes and densities into a homogeneous product in a closed environment without contacting the working environment or other materials.
It uses a unique three-dimensional pendulum and rotation trajectory to effectively mix various ingredients by continuously pushing forward.
Working method:
Mixing container is suspended on the ends of driving, and driven shafts through two joints, which are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving shaft is driven to rotate, joint makes the container perform composite motions, including horizontal moving, rotation and turning in the space. By which, materials also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the container. Several kinds of materials inside the container flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.

2. The mixing tube is moved with multi-direction. Materials are out of centrifugal force and no gravity segregation and accumulation. Each component can be of intervallic weight ratio and the mixing ratio could be above 99.9%. So it will be the more ideal mixer.
