BS pulverizer machine consists of crusher part, cyclone, dust collector, blower and electric control box. It is widely applied in food,chemical,pharmaceutical and other industries. It can grind spice and oil material with oil content reach 10%-20%. The temperature of the grinding chamber remains normal even though after continuous working, so color and smell of material won’t be changed after being ground.
Working method:
The raw material enters into the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material, impacted by the high-speed rotary cutters, is thrown to the fixed liners, then is bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the pull force, the finished product is absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve and discharged from the rotary valve. A little of superfine powder is collected by the filter pockets.It is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel. With the features of simple structure, easy cleaning, low noise, etc.
