Our BS high speed hammer mill is widely used in the pulverization of materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. The fineness is adjusted between 20-120 mesh. Working method:
The machine is composed of three parts: frame, mill chamber and feeding part. There is one moveable cutter head on the principal axis. And one fixed gear ring is installed in the mill chamber. Under the gear ring, there is the screen. When the principal axis works on high speed, the moveable cutter head runs together. The materials are impacted, rubbed, cutted by the fixed gear ring and moveable hammer. And materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effects, they are crushed into powder.
Main features:
1. The crushed materials can be discharged directly from the mill chamber. The fineness can be adjusted by changing the mesh of different meshes.
2. The contact part of grinder is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
