BSO hot air circulation drying machine is suitable to dry food materials, pharmacy materials, agriculture and sideline products, industry materials, and so on.
It is equipped with low noise & thermostability axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system, the whole circulatory system is whole sealing, these let the drying oven’s heat efficiency higher than traditional type. And it adopts forced ventilation action, there are adjustable hot-blast air distributing plate in the drying oven which can make the materials to dry uniformity.
Working method:
It is a high-temperature heat pump dryer unit, the working principle is: Compress the refrigerant through the compressor to form the high temperature and high pressure gas, this gas went into the condenser to release heat , the heat would be send into the barn with by circulating fan to heat the barn air. With the air temperature increases, the moisture in the drying material will gradually evaporate, and then exhaust of moisture by the fresh air dehumidification system, to achieve the effect of drying.
Main features:
1. The control cabinet adopts button control (touch mode control is available at request), it is convenient to operate, and prolongs the service life.
2. Most of the hot air is circulated in the herbs dehydration machine. By using the forced ventilationfuntion, there are adjustable air distribution inside the oven. The materials can be dried uniformly.
3. It makes use of enhanced ventilation; there is adjustable air distributing plate in oven that enables the material to be dried evenly,
