Working method:
The machine is composed of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and feeding part. The main shaft is equipped with a movable cutter head, fixed ring teeth are installed in the crushing cavity, and a screen is installed under the ring teeth. When the main shaft rotates at high speed, the movable cutter head rotates, and the material is subjected to the impact and friction between the fixed ring teeth and the movable hammer. Under the combined action of the shear, shear and impact between the materials, the crushing is realized. The machine has simple structure, sturdiness and durability, stable operation, obvious crushing effect and convenient maintenance. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the crushing chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing screens with different apertures. (The speed can also be adjusted to obtain the fineness of the finished product)
